1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Daqeqah ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Platform.
2. Account Registration
You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use this Platform.
3. Marketplace Rules
Sellers must accurately describe items, including condition, brand, and any defects. All listed items must be authentic — counterfeit goods are strictly prohibited. Prices must be in the currency displayed and include all applicable fees. Buyers are responsible for reviewing item descriptions before purchasing.
4. Prohibited Items
The following are prohibited on Daqeqah: counterfeit or replica watches, stolen goods, items that infringe on intellectual property rights, and any items prohibited by applicable law.
5. Payments & Transactions
All transactions are facilitated through the Platform. Daqeqah acts as an intermediary and does not take ownership of listed items. Payment processing is handled by our authorized payment partners. Sellers receive payment after successful delivery confirmation.
6. Returns & Refunds
Buyers may request a refund if an item is significantly different from its description, is damaged during shipping, or is not authentic. Refund requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the item. Daqeqah reserves the right to mediate disputes between buyers and sellers.
7. User Conduct
Users must not engage in harassment, fraud, spam, or any illegal activity on the Platform. Daqeqah reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Users must not attempt to circumvent platform fees by conducting transactions outside the Platform.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform, including logos, design, and text, is owned by Daqeqah. Users retain ownership of their listings content but grant Daqeqah a license to display it on the Platform for marketing purposes.
9. Limitation of Liability
Daqeqah is not liable for the quality, safety, or legality of items listed. We do not guarantee that all transactions will be completed successfully. Our maximum liability is limited to the fees collected on the relevant transaction.
10. Changes to Terms
Daqeqah reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance of the new terms.
